Art Jam Programme – Hong Kong Partner Organisations: Po Leung Kuk Wing Lung Bank Golden Jubilee Workshop and Hostel (2024 & 2025) Longevity Palace, Homantin (2025) Project Description: Art Jam sessions organised for elderly individuals and people with disabilities, providing them an opportunity to explore painting and creative expression in a supportive environment. Impact The activity helps participants experience the joy of painting while improving coordination skills, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. It encourages social interaction and provides a meaningful and engaging activity for elderly and challenged individuals.
Disneyland Visit for Domestic Helpers WTS collaborated with the Disneyland Project and organized a recreational visit for domestic helpers in Hong Kong. The initiative provided an opportunity for domestic helpers to take a break from their routine work and enjoy a joyful experience at Disneyland. Basic Beautician Course for Ethnic Minority Women (2023) Project Description: Basic beautician training conducted for ethnic minority women in collaboration with Freeda’s Salon. The course provides hands-on practical training in beauty and personal care services. Women Benefitted: 6 ethnic minority women received professional training. Environmental Education Programme (2022 – 2023) Project Description: Environmental education activities conducted in collaboration with the Environmental Protection Department. The initiative included beach cleaning drives at To Tau Wan and Lung Kwu Tan. Participants: More than 100 people participated in beach cleaning activities. COVID Relief Programme (2020 – 2021) Partner NGOs: Hands on Hong Kong Hong Kong Women Workers Association Culture Homes for the Elderly Church in Yau Ma Tei Project Description: Distribution of COVID relief supplies including masks, hand sanitizers, and care packages to support vulnerable communities during the pandemic. Relief Distributed: 22,000 masks, 300 hand sanitizers and 300 care packages. Masks Distributed 500 The initiative supported people in need through the distribution of essential COVID relief supplies while helping communities prevent the spread of the virus.
